The Facade Improvement Program is partnering with commercial property owners to enhance the aesthetic appeal of commercial properties in the heart of Marion, Fayette, and Lamar counties. Designed to encourage economic vitality, this grant program helps property owners and tenants improve their buildings while sparking new investments and development in the region.
